Valve trays are flat perforated plates with down comers where the perforations are covered by discs called valves. Valves are available in various designs to meet different process requirements. Valve trays offer many advantages over other conventional trays. They provide higher tray efficiencies and higher turndown ratios when compared to sieve trays.




These are flat perforated trays with down comers where vapour rises through the holes on the deck where liquid flows across the tray and comes down through the down comer. Sieve trays have good efficiency and moderate capacity but have limited turndown capabilities. The major advantages of sieve trays are low maintenance costs and low fouling tendencies when compared to valve and bubble cap trays.




Bubble cap trays consist of risers for vapour on the deck that are covered by caps. These caps are essentially inverted cups with slots around the perimeter that allow for mixing of vapour from the riser into the liquid on the tray deck. The riser cap assembly prevents weeping even at very low turndown rates. Caps are available in many sizes and designs in any materials.




We also maintain a larger inventory of various types of valves and hardwares for emergency delivery during your planned or unplanned shutdown. Hardwares like Bolts, Nuts, Washers, clamps, Valves, Bubble caps etc.. in all metals.





These are circular floating valves, which rise above the deck to allow passage of vapour. Dimples on the edges of the valve prevent them from laying completely flat on the tray deck when in the closed position. There are two types of valves, the difference being leg lengths.
The selection of either type of valve will depend on the thickness of tray deck. The orifice on the deck is generally sharp edged. A Venturi shaped orifice is provided where lower pressure drop is desirable.



Caged valves also contain a circular disc, which rises with vapour but has no legs. This disc is enclosed in a four-legged rectangular cage that is installed onto the tray deck over the valve. The cage serves to prevent the valve from dislodging during process operations. A venture shaped orifice is provided where lower pressure drop is desirable.




We manufacture structured packing in different types of stainless steel and nonferrous alloys. Our structured packing is a corrugated sheet with a texture in a honey comb structure formation and inclined in such a manner that mixing cells are formed at the point of intersection of every corrugation. The surface area becomes high with a low resistance to gas flow. The installation of every layer is done at 90? to the layer below to ensure thorough mixing. The inclinations are usually at 45? And 60? Based on the application required.



Support grid used in towers for supporting structure packing. It is designed to allow free passage of gas and liquid. These support plates rest freely or can be clamped to a ledge/support ring. Very tall beds together with larger column diameters result in higher mechanical loads. In such cases, support grids are supported using I-beams in conjunction with a tray support ring.



GRIDS (For Heavy distillates)

Where the processing is required for heavy distillates requiring larger apertures, we manufacture various types of packing grids. Each layer of grid is installed at 45? To layer below. The bottom grid is clamped to the TSR in the column. We can manufacture grids in any materials.




These are energy conservation equipment to which waste flue gas transfers its heat to air which is at room temperature thus reducing expenses of heating the air separately. It operates on the heat exchanger principle. Various materials are used to manufacture these, like vitreous enamelled Mild steel, Corten steel etc.




This is a reinforcement lining used for reinforcing refractory layer in regenerators and other equipment having high temperature erosion problems. Materials usually are A240 TP 410s, A 240 TP 304, 304H, 310. Hex mesh sizes are generally of 1.8m x 1m panel 19mm or 25mm thickness. All types of hex mesh are manufactured by us.




These are equipment used to create partial vacuum conditions. They consist of a series of divergent and convergent cones which create a suction pressure, thus vacumizing the equipment.




These are dished ends of stainless steel/ Carbon Steel having holes and are used in orifice chambers in which high temperature catalyst in passed through. Any diameter and thickness can be manufactured.





Wyepiece : This is a rolled section of 25mm thickness in CS or SS materials in y shape used to connect two columns. Orifice chambers are 16 mm to 20 thick SS columns having grids inside with hex mesh refractory lining.





This is an extruded section usually made from SS 304H materials, having four circular extrusions in a cylindrical shell, each extrusion being perpendicular to the subsequent one. It has a dished end on top with a man way cover. Thickness of material is usually around 20mm and nozzles openings are of 16”.




Random packing like pall rings, Raschig rings etc are made in different stainless steel and carbon materials of all sizes.





These are used to strain the coke in fuel and oil pipelines having coke in it. They are Y , T & straight shape pipe fitting and have a strainer of mesh screen and perforated sheet which are detachable. These are made in CS and SS materials.





We manufacture cast iron parts for trays and Air Preheaters like elements and bubble cap. We also undertake speciality parts in Cast iron and various other castable metals including HK 40..
